Terms & Conditions

Orders for all new customers, strictly pro-forma, until references have been obtained and credit terms agreed.

Credit terms for ‘established’ customers are 30 days NET ( i.e. Payments are due no later than 30 days from the date of invoice/ despatch).

The goods remain the property of MDS until they have been fully paid for. The risk in goods shall pass to you on delivery but ownership will remain that of MDS until your full payment has been received. In the event of none / part-payment, MDS shall be entitled to the proceeds of resale in the hands of any Liquidator, receiver or Trustee of the buyer.

The liability of MDS shall not exceed the invoice price of the goods concerned. All liability for consequential loss is expressly excluded.

MDS reserves the right to change both prices and the design and finish of products at any time, without notice. You will be responsible for checking these details before ordering.

All prices quoted by MDS are net, ex works. Delivery / postage will be charged at cost.

Value Added Tax applicable on all prices shown / quoted.

All payments to be made by BACS transfer of by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to ‘McCartney Delaney Services Limited’.

Returns Policy

 All requests for returns must be made in writing (by post or by email to sales@mdsltd.net ) or by phone 0121 783 9274. Goods must be returned within 14 working days of receipt.

 On cancellation of your order, for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your own cost.

 Where the goods are deemed to be faulty or incorrect delivery, we will meet the costs of return.

 Where products are deemed ‘not suitable’ for your purpose the goods must be returned to us (at your own cost) in the original undamaged packaging, together with any paperwork. We will make a 25% restocking charge and issue you with a credit note. This credit note will exclude all delivery and return costs.

 When goods are returned to us in a condition which indicates that they have been used or attempted to be installed, no refund will be given.

 We will not accept items back after 3 months from date of purchase under any circumstances.

Availability

All products are stocked to a high level. If products you order are not available we will notify you (where possible).
